Our service is free. It is not free to run.

MCSA has never charged a family a cent. Every rand you give keeps the emergency helpline answered, the awareness network running, and safety education going into classrooms that would otherwise never see it.

77%

Your support is part of what makes that number possible.

Where your money goes

What your donation actually pays for.

MCSA's costs are unglamorous and unavoidable: a helpline that has to be answered at 3am, the flyers that go out within the hour, and the fuel and printing behind the safety education programme.

The emergency helpline

Answered 24 hours a day, every day of the year, by people who know what to tell a parent in the worst hour of their life.

The awareness network

Designing and distributing missing-person flyers across a national social and media network within hours of a report.

Safety education

Taking Tips for Children and Tips for Parents into schools and rural early childhood development centres.

Support for families

Standing with families for as long as a case stays open, which in some cases means years.
